A unique method

CF techniek B.V. in Krabbendijke, Netherlands, has developed a special method * which tackles the problems of both the (severe) cavitation as "what to do after the 3rd oversize seat" an entirely unique way and great time and cost savings!

The repair process firstly involves the thorough removal of the cavitation damage with a CNC machine. Then there are specially designed and manufactured cylindrical sleeves - called by us also called "sleeves" - the old damaged valve seat-mounted pockets. It is important that the individual axes of the valve guides are used consistently as absolute geometry credentials to perform all the operations.

The sleeves are made of a corrosion-resistant and highly durable heat-resistant alloy, which is pre-intensive tested at various brands and types of diesel engines. Thorough research before carrying out repairs, provides individual strategy to play and is guaranteed to be a truly successful repair.
